BUSINESS POLICIES AND AGREEMENTS
1. PROCESS TO MAKE AN OFFICIAL ORDER

Before receiving further information, samples and/or
quotes, the person making the request is required to register online with
Camari.
-
Parties
interested in making purchases must provide written,
signed confirmation of their request according to the requirements
specified.
-
The cost of
samples will be incurred by the client at the commercial value of the
item.
-
The cost of
shipping samples will be incurred by the client through anticipated bank
deposit or cash on delivery.
2. PRICE
The prices in the catalog are FOB (free on
board).
3. SHIPPING DATES BASED ON PRODUCT AND
QUANTITY
-
Shipping dates may fluctuate anywhere from
a week to two months, depending on the availability of the product, product
type and quantity.
-
The client
will be notified as soon as possible in the case that there are difficulties
in shipping the product in a timely manner.
4. SHIPPING METHOD
-
For small orders
and especially for handicrafts, air mail: with courier or without.
-
For large orders
of
agricultural and handicrafts products, the maritime transport will
be in containers of 20 or 40 feet.
5. ACCEPTED METHODS AND FORMS OF
PAYMENT
-
Purchases will
be backed by a credit card onto which a charge for 50% of the total will be
made once the shipment is dispatched with its exportation documents to the
banking body responsible, the rest to be charged immediately after which the
importer has received and verifying the merchandise.

Interested parties may send samples or designs to be
produced as products by artisans that will be the exclusive property and for
exclusive use of the purchasing party during an agreed upon
period.

The products
and information within the catalog are for the exclusive commercial use of
Camari.

The designs
of the products within the catalog are the exclusive property of Camari and
may not be used by other parties without explicit
authorization.
9. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR PACKAGING AND
SHIPPING
-
At the time of the agreement, the parties will agree upon
the method and form of packaging and shipping of the
products.
-
Products can
be specially packaged and labeled according to the requests of the
customer.
-
The customer
may provide through mail the packaging materials they required be
used.
10. VARIATION IN THE SIZES OF
HANDICRAFTS
11. CUSTOMER SERVICE FOLLOWING THE
SALE
-
The costs of replacing pieces damaged during transport
will be shared by the customer and the
vendor.

In the case of a
total or partial loss of merchandise during shipping, the two parties will
share the costs of replacing the merchandise.
